Reddy occupies the position of CEO, while also monitoring quality standards and services. He is a qualified professional in Catering and HR with extensive experience and has been instrumental in developing the company into a multi-location business conglomerate, achieving 10x growth in 10 years.
He holds an experience of 36 years in the field of catering and HR, and in the process, he has built an extensive network to earn a niche for himself in B and I sector with his client engagement skills. He is highly versatile and has a flair for excellence by benchmarking against the best.
Ramkumar brings to the table over 25 years of experience in running method-oriented operations in Industrial, IT & Corporate Catering. As the Executive Vice President, Operations at CRCL, Ramkumar ensures that the company adheres to international standards to achieve the highest customer satisfaction levels while maintaining reasonable profits and optimum utilization of resources.
Ramkumar ensures that our day-to-day operations are in line with the Company’s vision, core values, and strategies for delivering a promising brand. He is on a mission to continually raise the bar in our service delivery through robust planning, implementation, management, and evaluation of a diverse range of catering services and facilities.
Kishore Babu, with 3 year Diploma in Hotel Management, 2 year PG Diploma Human resources and 1 year Executive Diploma from IIM – Lucknow comes to CRCL with his 2 decades experience in hardcore industrial catering and 2 decades of exposure in HR, IR, TQM and L&D from leading Corporates. Since ours is Food Service Industry which is highly people intensive, his experience in both the domains is significantly adding value to the Organization.
Mr. Jayanarayanan is the younger son of the Founder Chairman C Ramachandran who had the vision to take up his father’s business and grow it bigger.
He had successfully established the retail outlet model in VIT Vellore which made the management of VIT to give business in their new Chennai campus followed by Amaravathi and AP. Jayan has been actively involved in business since 2012 and has mobilized various key clients including the Central Kitchen at Sriperumbudur and Tada.
He is a qualified Catering Professional and holds an MBA from Scotland
In her role as the Vice President - Strategy & Planning, Swarna has been instrumental in planning the growth of the business and its expansion strategy, particularly post the de-merger from Elior. Swarna’s past experience of nearly a decade in Shell equips her with a good understanding of Project Management and Stakeholder Management. This has contributed to building her expertise in Mergers, Acquisitions, and Strategy.
In her current role, she is responsible for both the organic and inorganic expansion of the CRCL business. She is also responsible for the Enterprise Architecture and ensures that the design integrates the strategic metrics of the organization and that all the strategic decisions are made with robust data backups.
Ms. Rao is a finance professional with over two decades of experience in enhancing profitability and productivity of an organization by leveraging her expertise in finance management, people management and process excellence.
At CRCL, she is responsible for review and reporting of monthly financial statements along with budgeted and forecasted numbers and variances. She collaborates directly with the CEO and business heads to take strategic decisions on low margin and loss-making sites. Her primary focus on a day-to-day basis is cash flow and working capital.
